make sure the room is warm enough for your baby to be comfortable without clothing for some time. rub a small amount of oil onto your hands to warm them. gently massage baby’s arms, legs & back. to soothe an unhappy tummy, gently massage baby’s belly in a clockwise direction. don’t massage when baby is hungry or has just eaten.
caution:
not recommended for babies younger than 6 months, owing to the 1% essential oil content. for babies younger than 6 months, use a cold-pressed oil. if being used as a bath oil, take extra care when handling your baby, as skin will become slippery. it is recommended to do a small patch test on baby’s skin first in case of the unlikely event of irritation. do not use on the face.
